Too tight or too loose? We add or remove beads and restring the piece to your exact wrist size, whether it needs tightening or a little more room.
Stretched-out or snapped elastic? We restring on fresh, strong stretch cord, re-knot it and hide the knot so it looks brand new.
Chipped, cracked or lost a bead? We match the stone, size and finish as closely as possible and set it back into the piece.
Broken lobster clasps, jump rings and closures replaced on strung and wire pieces, with a matching finish.
Adjust the length, re-tie a loose strand, or switch from a tie-on to a clasp closure so it fits the way you want.

Bracelet lengths are a guide for stretch bracelets. Waistbeads are measured where you want them to sit, usually the natural waist or just below the belly button, and we size them to that number.
